View Thread : Got a picture, anyone know what puzzle it is?
Bryan
A while back I posted about a puzzle I was trying to locate/get the name of. A seller on eBay had one listed, but cancelled the auction.
Another person suggested it *might* be an FX Schmid puzzle, but they weren't sure.

Hi Bryan,
I have seen this puzzle a few times myself on eBay, but can't remember the name of it or the manufacturer, unfortunately. However, this would be my genre in jigsaw choice - so if I spot it anywhere in my travels, I will gladly let you know! Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

Thanks! I appreciate the help.
The seller on eBay believes that the original artwork (or puzzle) is French, and is entitled "Masters of the Game," but isn't sure.
Karie
Do you remember how many pieces it was?
Bryan
I think it was 1000, but I'm not sure.

Bryan, would you believe, I emailed several companies & art galleries, trying to get some sort of info on this - no luck so far, but still looking! I remember looking at the same jigsaw my self on eBay, and it has now become a mission! The harder it becomes to find it, the more curious & determined I am - don't worry, if I find it, or any information on it, I will pass it straight on to you!

Thank you. I appreciate the help. This puzzle is one that I had purchased new, but it got lost when I went to college. That, and I just like the picture:)
I've posted to a number of different boards, and I keep checking eBay for it. I'll let you know if I find anything.

I've just seen a picture of a box from Eaton's Treasure Collection - it looks the way I remember the box from this one, all picture on top with sides colored to reflect the picture. It has about the correct time frame - 1983. Could this be the manufacturer?
