I always buy my three grandsons an egg each, but I usually request daffodils as they are my favorite flowers and not so fattening :D

A day or two late, but Happy Easter to everyone here who celebrates Easter!

I'm wondering about how people around the globe celebrate it actually. In my part of the world (Flanders, the Northern part of Belgium) it's mostly for children and we hide chocolate eggs and hard boiled egs that were painted in bright colors and some other chocolate stuff in the garden and the kids have to go search them because they have been placed there by the "Easter Bells" and the "Easter Bunny". :)
It's fun to see the children go wild there. Not my son yet though, he's only 1 month old, but our nieces of 4, 6 and 7 sure had a blast!

It was lovely to hear how you celebrate Easter..........people here in the uk do a similar thing ie........ hiding eggs in the garden for the children. However I think the custom is dieing out a bit.
Some still do it and send cards to each other,as I said in my last post I buy chocolate eggs for my grandchildren and usually we all have a family meal together but it would be nice to follow the old customs.
I love this time of year when there are bulbs all around and everything else in the garden is beginning to grow........one draw back is the lawn starts growing too and the regular mowing as to start!!!It now becomes a weekly job if the weather permits.
I love the picture of your cats jigsaw and I bet your son will too when he is a bit older!
