Heye puzzles -Four Seasons by Roger Blachon

Hi all,

Just wondered whether someone out there has any of these jigsaws that they would like to sell, swap or give away to a good home. They are obviously titled Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter and are now discontinued. I've tried eBay in various countries but no joy so far. I have found a place in South Africa that seems to still have stock but at a prohibitive price and I don't even know about shipping costs.

Thank you for that. I actually did find those and intend to ring the company tomorrow because there was some discrepancy with the price and postage when I went to checkout. I hope they still have them and we can sort the costs out. Thanks ever so much for your efforts, much appreciated.

I've got a bid in on a foreign eBay site at the moment for the "Summer" jigsaw and am hoping that works out O.K. The only place I can find "Spring" is in the USA and both companies who stock them will only post within the States so I'm stuck with that one. I'll just have to keep searching.

What American company was that? If you can't find Spring anywhere I might be able to help you.

I have now discovered that one of the companies I found do ship to the UK but it's very expensive and I've had an earlier email from someone else in the USA who has offered to help and I'm just waiting for a reply from him.

What kind people our American friends are! I say this because I've had help from people over there previously when I've been looking for games and it really restores my faith in human nature (sorely tested at times!).

I actually emailed the seller to ask whether she had any other puzzles in the series but unfortunately, although she had "Spring" she sold it last year. :qs "Spring" seems to be the one I'm having the most trouble with too.

Hurrayyyyy!!! I've just won the "Summer" jigsaw on the German eBay. I'm so pleased but I paid a silly price when you add the postage in. Never mind, it's the first of the series and let's hope it's not the last. :D :D :D

It certainly was good news Huanita and now I have more! I won the "Autumn" puzzle on eBay and tonight have just won "Spring" on eBay France. Wow, I can't believe it, just "Winter" to go for now but three out of four ain't bad. I guess the old saying is true, "Everything comes to he who waits" or she, in my case. :D :D :D

Congratulations. Can you post some pics please as I don't know these puzzles. They must be good!

Thay are good Lesley and the reason that I like these puzzles is because they are all of the same scene but in the four different seasons. The pictures are therefore similar but utterly different if that makes any sense. I can't find any large detailed photos of them and of course, I haven't yet completed them so I can't take piccies myself yet.
