Jigsaw Gallery Posting Out.

Hello All.
I Am So Sad That Jigsaw Gallery Now Posts Out Using The Plastic Envelopes. The Last Jigsaw I Received This Way The Box Was Damaged, There Was No Use Sending It Back As It Would Only Be Posted Out This Way Again. I Wish The Good Old Days Were Back When Puzzles Were Put In Brown Boxes For Posting. The Boxes Jigsaw Puzzles Are In Are Just As Important As The Puzzle Itself.
Please, Please, Please Bring Back The Brown Boxes.

Oh I agree. Part of the whole thing for me is collecting them as well...and I love the ones that come in metal boxes....LOVE THEM!

Thank You For Your Reply, I Keep All My Jigsaw Boxes In Perfect Condition. I Leave All My Done Jigsaw Puzzles Up And They Are Protected As Well. I Phoned Jigsaw Gallery Re Posting Out In Protecting Brown Boxes And I Was Told That If I Bought Multiple Puzzles Then They Would Put Them In The Boxes But I Only Want One Puzzle At A Time. If They Wrapped The Puzzle In Bubble Wrap First Then Put The Puzzle In A Plastic Envelope Then It Might Survive The Journey. I Was Told If I Paid For A Private Courier Service They Would Put The One Puzzle In The Box That I Want But That Would Bump The Cost Up And That For Anyone On A Budget Is Not Justifyable.
I Can Only Live In Hope They Change Back To The Better Customer Service.
